The article presents comments of recent developments in the U.S. The article states that the nation needs more sleep as everybody is looking sleepy in the country due to growing noise and hurry of modern existence. American building and factory laws should not stop with requirements for fire escapes and wash rooms; they should provide that bunks be erected around every wall, in the manner of a ship's forecastle, into which the heavy-eyed worker, who no longer has time to sleep by night, might crawl for a nap. It has been assumed that in future, the hotels in the country will charge by the hours instead of by the day, as workers can take a quick nap after their lunch and feel relaxed by not paying much.
