The article profiles contributors to the journal "The Nation." John Loomis is a Washington newspaper correspondent. Zelda F. Popkin is a newspaperwoman who contributes to various publications. Louise Townsend Nicholl is a contributor to current periodicals. Paul Y. Anderson is the national correspondent of the St. Louis, Missouri, journal "Post-Dispatch." Virginius Dabney is on the staff of the Richmond, Virginia, journal "Times-Dispatch." Mark Van Doren is author of the book "Now the Sky and Other Poems," and editor of the book "An Anthology of World Poetry." C. Hartley Grattan is the author of the book "Bitter Bierce."
