The article presents information about the book "L'Agonie du christianisme," by Miguel de Unamuno. In this book Unamuno can no longer conceal his real preoccupations. Insincere one may not call, of course, so impulsive a man. But certainly he cannot now escape the accusation of blind ignorance of his own heart. He has already left behind the tragic sentiment of life. He comes out now with what one had already suspected was his real problem, a purely religious struggle, "the agony of Christianity" within himself. The philosopher is here entirely eclipsed by the mystic.
