The article presents information about the book "Imperialism and World Politics," by Parker Thomas Moon. There are three great merits in this book. First, it presumes a full and well-documented history of the imperialist processes. Second, it gives a geographical and populational survey of the part played by the several imperialist Powers, accompanied by reliable statistics and maps. Third, it discusses in a keenly appreciative manner the causes and effects of imperialism from the standpoint of the imperialist and the subject peoples.
