This article discusses the book "Understanding Women: A popular Study of the Question From Ancient Times to the Present Day," by K.A. Wieth-Knudsen. It is not a good basis for a scientific study. Knudsen is concerned with a thoroughgoing comparison between white men and white women with respect to their various qualities-height, strength, intelligence, and character, erotic tendencies. Suffice it to say, the outcome of all these comparisons is that women are decidedly inferior. Their blood is inferior to men, their shape is inferior to his, and even their emotions fall short of his average.
