Through the courtesy of a former pugilistic champion, the author is in possession of an elastic exerciser and a pair of dumb-bells. With the apparatus is a letter signed by the champion himself. The difficulties that come to any man in his laudable endeavors to attain proper physical condition moves the author deeply. That is why the author wants to have an opportunity to train for physical fitness in a scientific manner. The author is sending an enrolment blank, the first lesson, and his special exercising apparatus. The participants need to fill out all the questions carefully so that he knows how to handle the participants case.
