The article focuses on the sentiments of a citizen who has migrated form Congo to the United States. He believes that he and fellow Afro-Americans have been torned between their birthland and adopted land when it comes to loyalty towards the nation. He is also deeply saddened by prevalent political turmoil in Congo and justifies that by helping Congo President Joseph Kasavubu they have helped in the citation of a monster that is going to cover its own country and eventually contribute to the demise of any hope of future American-African cooperation.
