The article focuses on various social and political issues of the world during 1930. The Declaration of Independence expressly declared that "whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these ends--the right to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and government by consent of the governed--it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government" All over the world the right to rebellion has been and is recognized by everybody save those actually in control of governments.
