The article discusses the American policy towards Soviet Union. Because of the renewed anti-Russian campaign, the amazing and humiliating performances of the Fish committee of the U.S. House of Representatives, the embargo upon pulp wood, and the demand of statesman Matthew Woll and his followers that by 1932, all trade with Soviet Union be proscribed, the subject has been in recent weeks, the foremost one in America. It is therefore, worth examining dispassionately and at length both as to principles and as to policy, all the more so since here and there, liberals and idealists are sincerely worried as to what is the right attitude.
