The article presents information on several books. "Lenin," by James Maxton. "The English in India. A Problem of Politics," by Sir John A. R. Marriott where Marriott has written on English, Italian, Prussian, and Oriental history, and on constitutional history in general. "The Spanish Crown. 1808-1931," by Robert Sencourt, as its name implies, is a dynastic history. Another collection of charming poems "Poems," by an Irish poet, Padraic Colum. His work shows no traces of being "literary"; he makes no use of symbols, as does W.B. Yeats.
