This article focuses on various political and economic issues affecting the world. A prominent German psychologist has scored a point for the Nazi doctrine of race superiority. Writing in a German psychological journal, E. R. Jaensch asserts that he superiority of the Nordic race can be proved in the poultry yard: the Nordic chick is better behaved and more efficient in feeding than the Mediterranean chick and less likely to overeat. French newspapers are full of white space denoting the censor's activity. The most tantalizing emptiness appeared in the "Lumiè where the headline was followed by a long sketch of white space.
