This article reports on political and economic developments in different countries of the world. The Italian dictator, Benito Mussolini's sudden reorganization of his cabinet is clearly of more than casual significance. Achille Starace, who has become chief of staff of the militia, has always been regarded as among the chief proponents of the Rome-Berlin axis. Milk and milk products account of 5 per cent of national income are of vital importance in every family budget in the U.S. The refusal of the Czechs to accept enslavement quietly and work with a will to help their taskmasters win the war is proving extremely inconvenient for the German high command.
