The article presents information on various developments taking place across the world effects of Adolf Hitler's, German Nazi leader, defiance of the democracies, his shop-worn attacks on Jews and Communists, and most of all his charge that the Czechs are the aggressors in the present crisis aroused bitter mirth rather than fear. It does suggest that he is aware that the military and economic power of the Third Reich is not yet as invincible as he likes to boast. They realize that he is not perhaps quite as anxious as his bluster would indicate to challenge the military forces of the Western power and the Soviet Union.
