The article presents information related to the reactions of people visiting restaurants and getting served by waiters or waitresses who remember them in the United States. It could be a frequent occurrence that when people display a liking for a certain dish their waiters might try to do them favors by offering them the same dish every time they visit the restaurant. And the visitor might feel awkward in telling them to not serve it anymore, despite getting tired of the same dish and wanting a change.
