The article discusses about major items in the national reconstruction and revival program. Main features have been placed on the statute books or otherwise made operative, it seems appropriate to take stock of the business situation in a general way and inquire what effects have been produced. Those who have supported the remedial measures in the U.S. Congress, in the Administration, and throughout the country, have actually been divided into two camps. Carefully considered, these two camps have been opposed to each other at every point.
