The article focuses on the authors who have contributed to the articles published in the periodical. Louis Fischer, Moscow correspondent of The Nation, is the author of "Machines and Men in Russia." J.A. Hobson is one of the foremost British economists and a contributing editor. Paul Y. Anderson is the national correspondent of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Harold M. Ware and Lement Harris have recently made an agricultural survey of the United States. Hoarace Gregory, author of "Chelsea Rooming House," will have a new volume of verse published in the fall by Harcourt, Brace and Company.
