The article presents information on presidential candidate and Governor Franklin Roosevelt, having smiled his way through the State of California. Many people in California have been left wondering whether he is going to be the next president. Roosevelt's candidacy has been well built up in California. When the actual nomination was accomplished at Chicago, southern California was jubilant and northern California was if not openly joyful, at least graceful in resignation. Roosevelt received continuous attention out here while the Walker affair was in progress.
