There was man who could sing well. His first was Bill O'Connor. He sang something about "Hot Moonlight! Hypnotic Moonlight!" He had very good voice. But at the end of a couple of weeks he came to that author and said he was going to quit. It was a cooperative show. Whatever money came in was divided up and if there wasn't any they divided that up, too. The first week Bill got three or four hundred dollars. That wasn't so bad, but the next week a certain number of people had seen the show and were telling others about it, so nobody came.
