The article discusses various books. In "Eden Tree," by Witter Bynner, woven through the themes of hatred of war, of faith in brotherhood, is the theme of the beauty in personal relationships, in nature, and in all life. The book "A Lawyer Tells the Truth," by Morris Gisnet, is a book on the degradation of the legal profession. In the midst of a highly competitive business civilization, the practice of the law has become a business, not a profession. The corruption of the U.S. political system has inevitably extended to the bar. The purpose of the book "The Poetic Way of Release," by Bonaro Wilkinson, is to give a simple chart of the road down which most poets travel, of what poets feel and of how they turn what they feel into words.
