This article focuses on various developments related to the Peace Treaty, signed at Munich, Germany, by the Premiers of Great Britain, France, and Italy. It is reported that by means of diplomatic triumph, British Prime Minister, Neville Chamberlain, who has signed the "Munich Pact," has finally succeeded in losing the last world war to Germany, and has made reasonably certain of losing the next. The U.S. President, Franklin D. Roosevelt, had an important part in those events. What he did was to induce Adolf Hitler, dictator of Nazi Germany, to continue the negotiations. In doing so he, supposedly, has assumed that Chamberlain would negotiate and will not accept a demand for unconditional surrender.
