The article discusses the theatrical production "The Voice of the Turtle." It is a pleasant little comedy with an excellent cast of three, amusing dialogue and an ingenious single set, which shows three rooms at once, a living-room, a bedroom and a kitchen, like a child's playhouse open on one side. Actress Margaret Sullavan plays the role of a romantic young actress who has had two affairs and has lost faith in love. Actor Elliott Nugent plays the role of a matter-of-fact American young man, an army sergeant, who restores her faith by the end of the play.
