This article presents information on the political crisis in France. It is informed that a coalition government under Premier Robert Schuman, made up of all moderate elements and excluding extremists of the right and the left, had reached the end of' the long series of compromises which had made its precarious life possible. The current political crisis was precipitated by the socialists who wanted to cut out of the current military appropriations and the right-wing moderates who wanted to retain.
