This article presents information on several socio-political developments around the world. It is informed that Mr. Andre Marie, the new French Premier has thrown his personal prestige into the almost impossible task of reconstituting a third force cabinet. Everybody knows how his predecessor; Robert Schuman, had to dodge from one parliamentary crisis to another under the combined fire of De Gaullists and Communists. This is the destiny of every third force attempt in France which is haunted by the nightmare of continuously rising prices and submerged in the clash generated by the split between West and East.
