The article discusses about killings of three persons who have been killed by nightriders in Fulton County, Georgia, in the last month. The killing of these three people is striking evidence of the resurgence of the Ku Klux Klan and of its new concentration on moral problems. The crudeness of this form of moral admonition has aroused Atlanta and the whole South to a shocked awareness of the Klan's growing strength and activity Fulton County has been taken aback not only by the killings themselves but by a seemingly endless succession of disclosures.
