The article presents information on politics and international relations. For a man who in his time has done as much back tracking as John L Lewis, the CIO leader is rashly casual about bridges he burns behind him. This weekend the Balkan Entente, composed of Turkey, Greece, Rumania and Yugoslavia, is holding a meeting in Belgrade. Not for many years has the U.S. social structure has been subjected to a more searching scrutiny by a semi-official body than it underwent at the White House Conference on Children in a Democracy held recently in Washington.
