The article presents articles and topics discussed in the previous issues of the periodical, The Nation. Some of the topics discussed were: An action taken by board of trustees of the University of Alabama, Birmingham, Alabama has met with such unqualified general approval that the faculty is not expected to make any invidious distinction on account of sex; The complete canvas of the vote cast in the recent elections of Germany leaves the Social Democrats in the lead with about 1,700,000 votes, a gain of some 300,000.
