The article presents suggestions relating to activities of the United Nations. Suggestions include charging the United Nations with the obligation to prevent wars and vest in them the power whenever and wherever necessary to use force to accomplish this end. It also suggests requiring that weapons and materials of war remaining in hands of the Axis powers shall be cut up and sold for scrap, and proceeds used to supply much-needed food to the people of the countries concerned. It also suggests charging the United Nations with the duty and power to prohibit any further manufacture of weapons or munitions of war by any country or by private enterprise.
