The article focuses on recent developments related to U.S. as of November 7, 2004. Three of the smallest producers in the steel industry-have indicated a willingness to grant a wage increase to the steel-workers union without raising prices The companies insist that the basis of settlement is non-inflationary in effect. These companies in the industry have proven themselves to be more generous than the low-cost giants. The U.S. has blocked the entry of communist China into the United Nations. This provoked Chinese to attack on Quemoy and Matsu islands of Taiwan and then they invaded Tibet. Then they made encroachments on India's frontiers. This showed that Chinese are completely ruthless in their determination to be heard.
