The possibilities of biological warfare render the atomic bomb childish. There are biologicals available immeasurably more potent and which make better weapons than atomic bombs. Today, looking at the total world picture, one is reminded of catastrophic eras in the past which many times have wiped out forms of life that have lived far longer than man has lived. When the nations of the world came together and developed a great instrument like the United Nations and its specialized agencies, there was great hope in the world. One is in trouble, very serious trouble, because of the numbers of people in the world.
