The author says it is no coincidence that three unions which have been publicly investigated by the Massachusetts legislature in recent months were expelled from CIO nearly live years ago for "Communist domination. The special commission has made a few forays in the already well-investigated educational field but appears to have concentrated its attention on the labor movement. Open hearings on each coincided with a crisis in its affairs and in one way or another served to further interests of the employer or a rival union or both.
