This article talks about the political crisis of Morocco. There are those, who think that only the use of force, of open warfare against nationalism in all its forms, and even of provocation, can still assure, the continued existence of France's privileges in Morocco. And there are others who are convinced that it is hopeless to fight the will to the rights of man, and patriotism. They are certain that only a frank and faithful understanding with the Moroccans will guarantee the maintenance there of French presence. Thus the line of demarcation is not really between two peoples, but rather between hose on both sides who believe only in violence and those, also on both sides, who advocate negotiation.
