This article focuses on various political issues. The February 28, 1955 issue of the "Wall Street Journal" reports that the only real significance of disarmament discussions is that they have become simply a weapon in propaganda warfare. A correspondent in Geneva, Switzerland, writes that a recent comment in the Soviet press indicates that the Soviet Union now regards ratification of the Paris agreements as certain and is taking measures to meet the new situation. Any too drastic answer to the Paris agreements would diminish the impression that Soviet Union's more cooperative mood has made, particularly in Great Britain.
