This article focuses on the danger of political debacle in Korea. Only one kind of measure, has any chance at this late hour of restoring international confidence and at the same time providing for the creation of a healthy political atmosphere in South Korea. The United Nations, which should have been represented in the armistice negotiations internationally and not by the U.S. alone, must be fully represented at any conference determining the political future of South Korea. At the very least Canada and Australia should be included, because of their interest in the Pacific, and India and Pakistan because of their importance as non-Communist Asian countries.
