The article presents information on the forthcoming articles published in the next week issue of the periodical "The Nation." The periodical will present the affirmative side of a debate on the question "Should the United Nations' Charter Be Amended?" The law scholar John Henry Merryman, assistant professor of law at Stanford, argues that it should be in the issue of January 15. A provocative article on the biological implications of radioactivity by C H. Waddington of the Institute of Animal Genetics in Edinburgh will be published. The distinguished British biologist analyzes the theories of the American biologists, H. J. Muller and A. H. Sturtevant and reports his own startling conclusions.
