The article focuses on various musical presentations. The musical presentation "La Cenerentola," which is composed by Gioachino Rossini. As for "La Cenerentola" the musical performance lacked again what a more suitable conductor than Raymond H. Rosenstock would contribute in style, sharpness, and tension. Listening to Harold Shapero's Symphony for Classical Orchestra on Columbia ML-4889, musician Aaron Copland quoted on the envelope--that "few musicians of our time put their pieces together with greater security," and that "this technical adroitness is put at the service of a wonderfully spontaneous musical. MGM E-3119 offers a minor item by Copland, his "Two Pieces for String Orchestra" and a number of bigger and more elaborate pieces by other composers.
