This article presents some news items and information on various music records and concerts. According to the author, the New Angel recording of Italian operatic composer Giacomo Puccini's "La Bohéme" will answer no question about soprano Maria Callas, but it will certainly pose some old ones with added vigor. Callas was scheduled to sing three operas at Metropolitan in 1956, which were: Norma, Tosco and Lucia. In August 1956 in Athens, a last-minute concert cancellation because of larynx trouble threatened a riot and produced international publicity.
