The RCA LC-1A speaker which the author used for several years produced the truest, most agreeable violin sounds that he had heard. Recently the author installed a combination of two Bozak low-frequency speakers or woofers and the new Janszen electrostatic high-frequency speaker, and switching back and forth between this system and the LC-1A he was amazed by the new purity of the violin sounds from the good recordings as they came from the Janszen-Bozak system. One can also combine a Janszen tweeter in its small enclosure with two Bozak B-199-A woofers in separate Bozak P2-300 cabinets which can be had in kit form.
