According to the author, the performer R.C.A. Victor's new three-record deluxe album, "Caruso," contains a number of the famous tenor's solo and ensemble recordings that were reissued on LP a few years ago, together with a number that are reissued for the first time. The new album, the foreward tells people, represents the application of skills Victor engineers have acquired in enhancing the sound of an old recording by means of "electronic facilities which add a lifelike quality to the original sound."
