The article presents a debate, published in the August 20 issue of the newspaper "Chicago Sun." The topic of the debate is, "What Should We Do With a Defeated Japan?" Further the problem is, an Associated Press dispatch from Madrid reported, "A committee of directors of leading Spanish newspapers and magazines will, be named next month to find a formula easing the present complete internal censorship without exposing the Franco regime to attacks by the opposition."
