The article presents information on reports published in the previous issues of the periodical. The effect of wealth on the journalistic mind is a subject of considerable pathological interest which is commended to the Academy of Medicine. The condition of excitement into which the press has been thrown during the past fortnight by the marriage of one rich woman and the divorce of another, in fact, seems hardly distinguishable from a species of dementia. An actual and bonafide sale of American woolens has been made in Bradford, the great English center of woolen manufacturing.
