The article presents information on various theatrical productions. One of the unmistakable successes of the London, England season is "The Promise," by Alexei Arbuzov, a prominent Soviet dramatist. The success is something of a phenomenon, for Arbuzov has written a slight sentimental play of young folk in the midst of the siege of Leningrad, Soviet Union. Luigi Pirandello's "To Find Oneself," is a largely discursive rehash of the dramatist's everlasting theme that one has no stable identity, the illustration in this case is effected in the person of a star actress, and that to find oneself one must create a superself through art.
