The article focuses on political activities in the U.S. and France as of June 1960. One of them focuses on a crafty and well-timed demand of Washington Governor Nelson Rockefeller for an open, honest, no-holds-barred debate; pointedly addressed to Vice President Richard M. Nixon. Another editorial reports on the chances of Vice President Nixon which are hampered because of large built-in "against Nixon" vote. Also, there is a passage on the public relations men of France who are considered efficient in providing clarifications to any problem hitting the country.
