The article presents news related to television programs and personalities in the U.S. The a reveals that the name, slogan, symbol and calling card of the television program "Westerns," were borrowed without compensation from an automobile mechanic, Victor De Costa. DeCosta brought suit, won a $150,000 verdict from a Providence jury, and then had the decision struck down by the U.S. Court of Appeals, an action recently upheld when the Supreme Court declined to review the appeals finding. Irvina Giltlin, a producer of some of the fine documentaries for radio and television died in January 1968.
