This article discusses the issue of reconsideration of U.S. policy towards China in the condition of Sino-Russian difficulties and the possible effect and resulting Chinese reaction towards this policy. Three ways of changing the policy are suggested by the author which may be in slightly way, serious way or by means of drastic change. The least and supposedly the easiest change to manage, from political point of view, might be the relaxation or abandonment of the embargo on trade and commercial dealing with China, except in respect of strategic military articles. The possible Chinese reaction to these various policies was supposed to be itself a factor which may lead to its adoption or rejection.
