The article presents information about several theatrical productions. The play "Displaced Person," by Cecil Dawkins contains, in what on the surface appears to be an impassive naturalism, a larger truth. The play's lack of "lyricism" is, in fact, a kind of classic severity. Another play "Conerico Was Here to Stay," directed by Frank Gagliano, is one of the more promising of younger dramatists. Gagliano's central preoccupation appears to be the indifference and irresponsibility in the face of evil as it manifests itself today.
