The "Start Your Own Business" exhibit came to the New York Coliseum a few weeks ago, renewing the common man's faith in free enterprise and offering an up-to-date version of the American Dream. It is a dream in which every man is boss, presiding over his franchised kingdom of custard, root beer, mouth wash, hearing aids, bomb shelters, piped-in music, or one of the many other basic products essential to human way of life. The roads to success are wide and varied, paved by the pioneering work of such modern highway-side men, and lit by endorsements of successful Americans.
