The article focuses on how politicians are using the issue of global warming and green revolution for their political aspirations in the United States. These politicians are called 'Greens' or 'Spoilers'. Spoiling, in a word, that's the issue that pervades the debate about inside versus outside strategies for leftists involved in electoral politics today. Green candidates for governor in California and House seats in New Mexico and New Jersey have the potential to attract enough votes to deny Democrats likely victories. Currently, there are fifty seven Greens in local office in thirteen states around the country.
