Argues that the Bush Administration's "No Child Left Behind" (NCLB) education plan is a thinly disguised attempt to destroy public education in the United States. Explanation of why the NCLB system labels good schools as lacking in Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP); Claim that the AYP label was created to give the government an excuse to cut funding for public schools; Observation that private schools, even those receiving voucher money, are exempt from NCLB; Claim that the NCLB was created to serve business interests.
