Comments on Democratic candidate Howard Dean's decision to opt out of the public financing system for the U.S. presidential primaries. Observation that President George W. Bush may raise as much as a quarter of a billion dollars for his campaign; Claim that the candidates who criticized Dean for doing so would have done the same if they had raised $25 million; Claim that the candidate who is working to "take back America--for the corporations," is not Dean, as Dennis Kucinich claims, but Bush; Argument that if Dean or any other Democrat win the election by turning into another big-money candidate, the victory will be mixed.
