Ford's reflections on the status of the American society and his own political prospects in January 1976; "Keeping the Concorde Out," which discussed how the U.S. Secretary of Transportation will decide whether or not British and French Concordes will be allowed to land at the JFK International Airport in New York City and Dulles Airport in Washington, D.C.; "Restraining the FBI," which discussed revelations released by the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Acvities in 1976; "Mischief in Mufti," which discussed developments involving the U.S. F.B.I.; "Whose Affairs," which discussed the appointment of Joan R. Braden as coordinator of consumer affairs at the U.S. State Department; "Death as Cover-up?" which discussed the death penalty in Oregon.
